Instructions

- Assemble the quesadillas: Lay out each burrito-style tortilla and spread about one-third of the filling mixture on one half of each tortilla. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape, enclosing the filling.
- Cook the quesadillas: Heat a small amount of oil in a large flat pan or on a griddle over medium heat. Once hot, place one quesadilla in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on one side, pressing down lightly with a spatula.
