Steak Bites
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ pound sirloin steak (cut into bite size pieces)

Garlic Butter Sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat the Oil: Add the olive oil to a large skillet and heat it over high heat until it is hot.
- Cook the Steak Bites: Add the bite-sized steak pieces to the skillet and season generously with salt and pepper. Cook without stirring for at least 2 minutes to develop a good sear, then stir and continue cooking for another 2 minutes or until golden brown. If the skillet is too small, cook in batches.
- Remove Steak from Skillet: Transfer the seared steak bites to a plate and set aside.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds while stirring until the garlic is aromatic and just starting to brown.
- Toss Steak with Sauce and Garnish: Pour the garlic butter sauce over the steak bites and toss well to coat evenly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
