Scale
Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz creamer, cream, or milk (oat milk creamer recommended)
- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup (or other simple syrup)
- 1 shot freshly brewed espresso
- Handful ice
- ½ tsp cacao powder
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the creamer, cinnamon simple syrup, and freshly brewed espresso into a cocktail shaker.
- Add Ice and Shake: Add a good handful of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill and combine the flavors.
- Foam the Drink: For an extra foamy espresso martini mocktail, strain out the ice and shake again vigorously without ice (dry shake).
- Strain and Garnish: Strain the mixture into a coupe glass, dust the top with cacao powder, and garnish with 3 coffee beans. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- This mocktail is creamy, easy to make, and a great alcohol-free alternative to the classic espresso martini.
- You can use decaf espresso to avoid caffeine.
- Any flavored simple syrup can be substituted for the cinnamon simple syrup to customize the taste.
- Oat milk creamer adds a smooth texture and subtle sweetness, but any creamer or milk can be used.
- Dry shaking helps create a richer, frothier foam on top.
