Instructions
- Prepare Skewers: Thread the following onto each 4-inch wooden skewer in sequence: 1 cherry tomato, 1 fresh basil leaf folded in half if large, 1 miniature fresh mozzarella ball, another fresh basil leaf, and finish with 1 cherry tomato.
- Arrange Skewers: Place all assembled skewers neatly on a serving platter, spacing them evenly for presentation.
- Finish and Season: Drizzle the skewers lightly with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper over them to taste before serving.
Notes
- Use in-season cherry tomatoes and freshest mini mozzarella balls for best flavor.
- If basil leaves are large, fold them in half to fit neatly on the skewers.
